Midwest Kicking offers three distinct camp formats. Athletes from 12 to 21 years of age are eligible to participate.
Summer Instructional Camps
June 22, 2023, at Iowa City, IA; Limited to 20 participants; register by June 12, 2023.
June 29, 2023, at PCM High School, Monroe, IA; Limited to 20 participants; register by June 12,
July 14-15, 2023, at Skutt Catholic High School (Omaha); Limited to 40 participants; register by July 5.
Pre-season Primer
August 6, 2023, at Valley High School, West Des Moines, IA; Limited to 12 participants; register by July 29

10:00-10:15 a.m. Registration and warm-up
10:15-11:15 a.m. Instructional drills
11:15-12:30 p.m. Filming of placekicking and kickoffs
12:30-2:00 p.m. Working lunch (review film; develop mental approach; setting goals; creating a practice routine and more)
2:00-2:30 p.m. Kicker-specific weight training and conditioning
2:30-3:15 p.m. Execution with center / holder / kicker
3:15-4:30 p.m. Skills challenge
4:30-4:45 p.m. Evaluation / review / awards
Individual Instruction
