Midwest Kicking offers two distinct camp formats:

 • Summer Instructional Camps (two-day sessions–one-day option also available) 

June 17-18, 2020 (CANCEL), at Clear Creek-Amana High School (Iowa City area)

June 26-27, 2020 (CANCEL), at Papillion-La Vista High School (Omaha area)

Any athletes from 12 to 21 years of age are eligible to participate.

The registration deadline is June 1, 2020.

6:30-6:40 p.m.                              Review / Discussion Period

6:40-6:50 p.m.                              Stretching / Flexibility

6:50-7:10 p.m.                               Individual groups—warm-up drills for kickers, punters, centers

7:10-7:50 p.m.                               Kick-off instruction for kickers; group work for punters / centers

7:50-8:30 p.m.                              Practice on execution time for kickers, centers and holders; situation/directional punting

11:00-11:45 a.m.                           Begin evaluation/charting for kick-offs and punting for hang time and distance

1:30-1:40 p.m.                              Stretching / Flexibility

1:40-2:00 p.m.                             Individual groups—warm-up drills for kickers, punters, centers

2:00-2:50 p.m.                             Complete evaluation/charting for kickoffs and punting

2:50-3:15 p.m.                              Field goal execution with centers and holders

3:15-3:45 p.m.                              Kick-off / punt competition

• Pre-season Primer (one-day intensive session)

August 8, 2020, at West Des Moines Valley High School (Des Moines area). Enrollment is limited to 14 participants.  The deadline for registration is July 24, 2020.


Includes instruction, filming, video review, manual and catered lunch. Footballs and kicking tees are provided.
