Midwest Kicking offers three distinct camp formats. Athletes from 12 to 21 years of age are eligible to participate.
Summer Instructional Camps

June 27, 2024, at PCM High School, Monroe, IA; Limited to 25 participants; register by June 10
July 13, 2024, at Skutt Catholic High School (Omaha); Limited to 25 participants; register by July 1
Pre-season Primer
August 11, 2024, at Valley High School, West Des Moines, IA; Limited to 12 participants; register by July 31.

10:00-10:15 a.m. Registration and warm-up
10:15-11:15 a.m. Instructional drills
11:15-12:30 p.m. Filming of placekicking and kickoffs
12:30-2:00 p.m. Working lunch (review film; develop mental approach; setting goals; creating a practice routine and more)
2:00-2:30 p.m. Kicker-specific weight training and conditioning
2:30-3:15 p.m. Execution with center / holder / kicker
3:15-4:30 p.m. Skills challenge
4:30-4:45 p.m. Evaluation / review / awards
Individual Instruction
